We ship worldwide, however some countries are restricted ( Thailand, Japan, Far east, ex-Russian republics etc). Overseas countries may be delayed due to Covid restrictions and transport delays.
We use international post service, which is slower than courriers but cheaper at the same time. After shipping we send you tracking link, however there are no details from transit in some countries (Canada mainly)
Canadians - be aware that POPPERS are on the list of Health authorities who do make random check. In this case packages are seized by your customs and you may get a letter from them.
ATTENTION - we DO NOT give you refund if the shipment is seized by your customs
Unfortunately this is a little bit of risk you have to undertake when you order from Canada. It happens rarely but you have to count with this issue.
Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via international postal service with tracking. We send it as REGISTERED LETTER - signature is needed. If you are not at home, it is delivered to your local post office.
We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the final destination of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. All packages are packed discreetly, without any sigh of "poppers" in them.

Shipment start at 6 EUR within EU countries, 8 EUR to North America and Canada, 9 EUR to the rest of the world.

In case your shipment was checked by your customs and seized, we give NO refunds nor send you new goods!
Clients from overseas where transport takes a long time must take into account possible evaporation of the aroma oils during transport. In these cases we do not provide compensation.
